A great example of a genuine friendship! 4.5 stars - Kissing the Cowboy is the story of two best friends that are always there for each other, no matter what, but the last thing they want to do is risk the friendship they both cherish more than anything in the world.

Harper is trying to keep her growing business afloat, while staying true to her followers and customers, but when she feels pressured by her rival that loves to copy everything she does, she needs a rescue from her best friend.

Ethan Bishop has loved Harper from afar, but has never wanted to say anything and risk losing her as a friend. When the opportunity arises for him to pretend to be her fiancé, he doesn't have to think twice about "acting" like he's in love with her.

This friends to lovers romance is the perfect summer read. There's plenty of steam and laughter all the way til the end and I can't wait for more in this series!

My heart went out to Owen in this one, as children are typically the scene-stealers for me. Not knowing who to trust throughout the story or what disaster was waiting right around the corner, had me on the edge of my seat and staying up well past midnight for closure.

I can't wait for Everleighs' story in Forcing You Away! The Ex-Con Duet series are the perfect blend of drama, romance, loss and family. These duets are worth the wait between books and guaranteed to leave you happy and wanting more.

Another epic duet from Kennedy Fox! Pushing You Away was over way too soon for me, but that could also be due to the fact that I've been anxious for Noah's story ever since reading Tyler & Gemma's duet.

Every time I go into book 1 of a KF duet, I know I'm in for a roller coaster ride, and this one was no different. With plenty of character building and trying to correct past wrongs, you'll fall in love with the Katie and Noah along the way.

I'm still questioning how everything ties in, cuz I'm a nut like that, and try to figure the villain out. I'm just proud that I called the crazy right away in one instance, but extremely nervous how everything is going to pan out in the next book.

Definitely counting down the days until Holding You Close releases, and I'm sure #@$% will hit the fan then! Don't miss this heart-stopping, romantic series that will leave your head spinning.

**While this duet can be read as a standalone, the previous duets are not required, but it's more enjoyable if you've read Gemma & Tyler's story in books #1 & 2.

Logan & Kayla - my favorite couple in the series! This is Dangerous will take you on the ride of your life.

Literally every time I start a new Kennedy Fox book, I remind myself how amazing they are at cliffhangers and that I should really wait until the second part of the Duet is out...but no, it's impossible to resist one of their books, and Logan & Kayla's story is the best one yet! Just when I think I'm emotionally prepared for what the writers have up their sleeve...think again.

Kayla is my favorite character out of all 3 couples, and my God does Logan have my heart. I've been waiting for their love story since day one, and it was very much worth the wait. Love, love, loved it...but damn it all, I can't handle the endings!!!

Lia Langola always does such a fantastic job with bringing the characters to life in the audiobooks, making the reader feel all the emotions as they listen to the story unfold.

SUMMARY:

Logan Knight is a real life knight in shining armor. A detective godsend in a sleek black suit has me thinking less than secretive thoughts. Brooding and mysterious, he's the kind of guy every girl instantly notices. Between his seductive smirk and charming good looks, it's no wonder I can't help the way he makes me feel whenever I'm near him. Too bad he's unavailable -- or so he says.

He thinks I'm a do-gooder who shouldn't get involved with a guy like him. His past is messy and relationships just add to that. He insists the timing is all wrong and he's devoted to his career, but I don't buy that excuse for a second. I see the way his body tenses and his jaw ticks every time another guy is around me. He just won't admit it, but I'm more determined than ever to show him what he's missing.

I'm a devoted animal rescuer and I'll risk everything to save them, but when a dramatic turn of events puts both our lives at risk, I'm positive Logan will write me off for good. I listened to the audiobook and admittedly threw my earbud twice, but always came right back to the story (I have no patience for stubborn men, lol.) The last few chapters will have you immediately wanting to dive into Wrangling the Cowboy to see what happens with Maize and Gavin next.

Don't miss out on this wonderful addition to the series, as it brings back some of the Bishop characters that I can't get enough of!!!

A perfect addition to the series! The Best of Us truly lives up to its name, as it's one of my favorite releases from Kennedy Fox so far.

While preparing the family cabin for Cami and Eli's honeymoon (in The Two of Us), Kendall finally has the chance to act on the feelings she's been harboring for Ryan.

The downside is, Ryan thinks she's a spoiled princess and wants nothing to do with her. Since their snowed in for days, it's the perfect opportunity to truly get to know each other better -- if they don't freeze to death first!

This has to be the steamiest book from Kennedy Fox yet! It has the perfect enemies-to-lovers vibe, with plenty of humorous moments that you won't forget. I've never wanted snowed-in w/someone in a cabin more than I do now!

**If you haven't read Keeping You Away - STOP NOW, go read it and then you're good to binge this one too.

Tyler...I don't even know where to begin with him, he's gone through so much and the one person he wants to be with is finally back within reach, but all that is shattered just as quickly as it started.

Gemma's whole world revolves around her family and there isn't anything she wouldn't do to preserve the memory of her mother, or protect her father. Blackmail is an ugly weapon, and not often one you can find a way of escaping from.

I had actual chest pains while reading this book and I have to admit, I doubted a happily ever after from one of my favorite author duos for a few chapters (that felt like hours!)...so prepare your heart for some seriously crazy plot twists!

As usual, the amazing duo of Kennedy Fox (Courtney and Lyra) weave a tale that will draw you in, counting down the days until the conclusion is release. They have me bartering my soul for the next book in the series, this is bound to be my favorite duet of theirs yet.

Kennedy Fox brings us a great escape, revolving around the chaos that we're currently living in, and I can't wait for more! Throwing in a brother's best friend, who you grew up with until hormones took over, is just icing on the cake.

Always Yours is a perfect conclusion to this series! With plenty of ups and downs, every book in the Roommate series (compiled of 3 separate duets), has been filled with one twist after another, causing readers to have sleepless nights...and we wouldn't have it any other way!

This book picks up after the cliffhanger in Always Mine, so you must read that one first. Kennedy Fox are masters at manipulation, pulling you into one scenario and drawing you in, then just when you think you have things figured out, they twist the story in a way you won't see coming.

All your favorite characters from the previous books make several appearances in this story, so you'll have plenty of sister time. Tyler is also introduced in this duet, so I can't wait to read his story next!

This was my favorite duet out of this series and I'd sacrifice more hours of sleep anytime for these characters. I love trying to figure out how things will pan out, even though KF usually succeeds in stumping me.

Always Mine is the perfect slow burn! If you've ever read ANY of the duets by Kennedy Fox, then you know full well what you're in for, and you'd gladly do it again. If this is your first time, buckle up and hang on for the ride of your life.

Maddie and Liam's story is the one I've been waiting for since the beginning of the series, and I loved every moment. Being able to see their backstory and how they've gotten gotten to where they are in the story, makes the ride so much more enjoyable.

The witty banter between the main characters is off the charts, as well as the perfect mix of danger with Liam's job and undeniable chemistry that makes it a story you won't be able to put down.

No matter how prepared I think I am to start a new duet, and ready for whatever Kennedy Fox dishes out, the have the perfect way of drawing you in until your begging for the next book. I absolutely loved this story and can't wait to see what happens next in Always Yours!

Hitching the Cowboy will have you wanting to run off to Vegas! Accidental marriage is one of my favorite tropes, but this book is in my top 3 for it.

The relationship between Riley and Zoey is so much more enjoyable since they took the time to get to know one another before the marriage took place, and even more so after it was final.

The fact that they were both willing to make it work and see if it wasn't a mistake, made my heart so happy. Their chemistry is undeniable and I love the Bishop clan even more after this book (I didn't think that was possible).

Another hit for the amazing duo of Kennedy Fox, and I can't wait for more in the Circle B Ranch series!!

Truly Yours will make you cry, scream and swoon! This is book 2 of Mason & Sophie's duet, so you must read them in order, but be prepared, once you start, you won't be able to stop until you've finished them both.

I genuinely blocked out the ending of Truly Mine, so I had to read the last chapter again to refresh my memory before diving in to conclusion.

Truly Mine by Kennedy Fox (Roommate Duet #3, Mason & Sophie #1)

Kennedy Fox has once again clamped my heart in a vise with Truly Mine. Only start reading this book when you have enough time allotted to do anything else until you've finished, and even then, you'll need some recovery time.

I absolutely LOVED this book (even though I have a countdown on my phone until the next one is released), it's a true KF book! With the Roommate Duet series, as soon as a new book hits my Kindle, I drop whatever my plans were and dive right in.

Truly Mine should be read AFTER Baby Mine/Baby Yours, as the characters are still in heavy play throughout this book. I enjoyed being able to see the interactions between the characters in the previous story as well, since there's flashbacks from various periods of time.

Mason has the entire world on his shoulders and is just trying to do what he thinks is best for everyone. Watching his try to deal with his past, all while telling himself that he'll never be good enough, was heart breaking.

Meanwhile, you have Sophie, who can't pine over the one who got away forever, even though she has no clue why things were so right for one night, and then he pulled a complete 360.

Fair warning: the scenes with Weston are tough to read (in my case I listened, and had to take a break a few times at work), but it's not a huge part of the book.

This story absolutely wrecked me and I'm still reeling from it, even though it's been a few days now. Luckily, I caught on to the subtle hints during this one, so I wasn't blown completely off guard this time, but holy cow do the authors know how pack a punch for their readers!
