Much Ado About You by Samantha Young

ðŸĶīðŸĶīðŸĶīðŸĶīðŸĶī

Fans of The Holiday will adore this book! Much Ado About You is definitely one I'll be adding to my yearly re-read list. Full of humor, romance, friendship and dreams - you'll be recommending this to anyone who will listen.

Evie Starling wants an escape from her life, after a fiasco at work and another failed attempt at dating, she wants to figure out a life plan. She offers to take over running an english bookstore for a month, not knowing how it will change not only her life, but many others.

I was sold on this book the second Evie risked her life for an animal, but add in a delightfully charming farmer with an accent, and I'm a goner. This story was like going on a vacation with your best friends, just wanting them all to find happiness and learning how to follow your own dreams as well. A feel-good romcom that will leave you with a smile for days!

SUMMARY:

The cozy comforts of an English village bookstore open up a world of new possibilities for Evie Starling in this charming new romantic comedy from New York Times bestselling author Samantha Young.

At thirty-three-years old Evangeline Starling's life in Chicago is missing that special something. And when she's passed over for a promotion at work, Evie realizes she needs to make a change. Some time away to regain perspective might be just the thing. In a burst of impulsivity, she plans a holiday in a quaint English village. The holiday package comes with a temporary position at Much Ado About Books, the bookstore located beneath her rental apartment. There's no better dream vacation for the bookish Evie, a life-long Shakespeare lover.

Not only is Evie swept up in running the delightful store as soon as she arrives, she's drawn into the lives, loves and drama of the friendly villagers. Including Roane Robson, the charismatic and sexy farmer who tempts Evie every day with his friendly flirtations. Evie is determined to keep him at bay because a holiday romance can only end in heartbreak, right? But Evie can't deny their connection and longs to trust in her handsome farmer that their whirlwind romance could turn in to the forever kind of love.

The Bookworm's Guide to Flirting by Emma Hart (The Bookworm's Guide #3)

💜💜💜💜💜

Witty banter at it's best! The Bookworm's Guide to Flirting is chock full of laughter and romance. Please do NOT eat or drink while reading this story, as I can guarantee (from experience) it won't end well.

This was a delightful story of friends to lovers, and I especially enjoy when the male lead has the strong feelings first. *Swoon*

Dylan is the perfect gentleman and sets the bar high for non-book boyfriends around the world. His patience, kindness and being willing to just be friends, regardless of his own feelings, stole my heart.

This was the perfect ending for The Bookworm's Guide series, filled with witty banter, hilarious senior citizens, and romance that will sweep you off your feet.

The highlights for me were the cleverly created merchandise for the bookstore, and if it's a real thing, I'm ordering them asap! Here's an example of my favorite two:

"My books are hotter than this coffee."

"I take a different man to bed every night."

I can't wait for the new Introvert's Guide series, featuring characters we already know and love! Emma Hart has created a wonderful world that any reader can escape into, time and time again.

SUMMARY:

What I thought I'd get on Valentine's Day: a card.

What I got on Valentine's Day: a blind date with my brand new roommate.

Let it be known that I, Saylor Green, am wholeheartedly against blind dating. I think it's superficial, unnecessary, and designed wholly to force people into relationships they aren't ready for. It's me. I'm people.

So when Dylan Parker takes the seat across from me, I'm ready to dismiss him at one glance.

The problem? He's hot and funny and sweet and the exact kind of guy I read about in the romance novels I sell like hotcakes in my bookstore.

He's also my new roommate.

Who likes to walk around in his sweatpants and peer over my shoulder and comment on all my online dating escapades.

When he offers to help me flirt my way to dating success, I'm all for it.

But what am I supposed to do when the only person I want to flirt with is...Dylan?
