Man Find by Krista Sandor (Bergen Brothers #3)

Man Find had me holding my breath, while yelling the next minute! I love the Bergen Brothers, and if I thought for a second they were based on real people, I'd be moving to Colorado immediately.

Camden follows in the steps of his two brothers, blaming himself for their parents death. He's removed himself from his family for years and finally comes back home to find his mystery "Daisy", the one person who makes him feel like a human again.

Cadence lost her husband young and is left to raise their son Bodhi (this kid is the true hero of the book!) She finds a connection with "Mac" online, but knows nothing can really ever come of it.

The story pulls in the people they've both lost, to help the reader feel as though their meeting is orchestrated from above. I loved how they're tied in throughout the story, and never forgotten.

Cadence and Camden have a chemistry that's off the charts, and I will never be able to say I'm "doing laundry", with a straight face again. A beautiful tale of finding love after tremendous loss, and not giving up on your dreams.

I'm sad the Bergen Brothers stories have come to an end, but will definitely revisit this world again and again. While Man Find can be read as a stand alone, the characters you'll fall in love with in the previous books, will have a much deeper impact if you read them in order.

Summary:
An anonymous chat forum.

Two lonely people.

And the summer everything changed.

Camden Bergen is Colorado royalty. An heir to the Bergen Mountain Sports empire, he could have the world at his fingertips. Instead, he's shouldering the pain of his past, across the ocean, hidden away from everyone but his anonymous online friend known to him only as Mountain Daisy.

But that's about to change.

Cadence Lowry doesn't have time for distractions. Between teaching full time, raising her young son, and renovating two historic homes, her only escape is corresponding with her chat forum friend, Mountain Mac.

Love isn't on her radar until Camden mysteriously returns to Denver after a decade long absence and moves in next door.

It's only for the summer, but things don't stay neighborly for long.

Surrendering to an attraction they can't deny, they agree to a no strings attached steamy summer fling.

But when their hidden identities are revealed, will it be too late to salvage a love always meant to be?

Stay by Tia Louise

❤❤❤❤❤

Absolutely loved it! I can't say enough about this story, it has everything:

✔ Frenemies to Lovers
✔ Brooding Millionaire
✔ Single Mother
✔ Adorable Kid
✔ Asshole Ex
✔ Quirky Friends
✔ Humor

I've never read a story before that embodied it's title so well. I'll literally think of Stephen and Emmy whenever I hear the word "Stay" from now on.

I have to be honest, Emmy's son Eli is the one who stole the show. His innocence will win you over from the moment you meet him and you'll find yourself drawn to the story just for him alone.

Let's not forget about the fact that Emmy can't stand Stephen, which she's never afraid to say to his face, making for hysterically awkward moments.

There were moments where I just wanted to shake both of the main characters, so they could see what was right in front of them, but I suppose that's what makes the journey worthwhile.

I laughed, cried, then laughed some more. Read it and you can thank me later! The characters are ones you'll want to keep coming back for, even after you've finished reading.

Stephen Hastings is a control freak. He's arrogant. He's smart as a whip and sexy AF. He has too much money. He's bossy, and he's usually right. All I saw were his clear blue eyes, tight butt, and ripped torso. I gladly handed him my V-card that night, ten years ago. I was so stupid. I swore I'd never be that stupid again...

Emmy Barton works for a dry cleaner? Yes, that Emmy Barton - long, blonde hair, bright blue eyes, pretty smile... Sexy little body. Smart mouth. She was the only girl who interested me, but I was leaving to be an officer in the Navy.

Now I'm home, running my business. My life is perfectly ordered until I bump into her, divorced and struggling to make ends meet. I hate seeing her like this. I hate that she married Burt "The Dick" Dickerson. What an a--hole.

She says she hates me, but when we fight, it's all heat and lust. I won't leave her this way. She will let me help her and her son. She will stay... It's a thin line between love and hate, and this line is on fire.
