I'm enamored with this series! Follow Me Darkly will captivate you and keep you entertained from start to finish. This book will leave you breathless and counting down the days until the next release.

I loved Skye's character, especially the chance to watch her grow into a strong, confident woman. Getting a sneek peak behind the scenes into the life of an influencer was fun and made me glad I'm not in the spotlight.

Braden is a mystery that you'll constantly be trying to figure out. You'll be torn between what some people will only hint at, and what your gut is trying to tell you. I love how he is with Skye and is prompt to put people in their place.

Skye and Braden both have their secrets, but the journey from acquaintances to more will have you turning the pages as fast as you can read. I enjoyed everything about this book and can't wait until the next installment release. This will definitely be a series I revisit often!

Bullseye will break your heart! Monica James is the master of romantic suspense, and don't even get me started on her crazy plot twists. My recommendation when reading any of her books is to throw all expectations out the window, and brace yourself for a wild ride that will wreck you in the best of ways.

Bullseye has had 12 years to plan his revenge on those that took the one thing he cared about, away from him. He'll stop at nothing until then and the last thing he needs is a woman to serve as a distraction, let alone get tied up in the darkness he dwells in.

Lily is doing the best she can as a single mother, while holding on to her dignity and self-respect. She's incredibly strong for someone that has had everything ripped away from her and continues to struggle on a daily basis.

This book ripped my heart out and held it in it's fragile hands from the first chapter...I'm not sure I'll ever get it back. With characters that will gut you, making you go back and forth between wanting to yell or cry, all while loving them with your whole heart.

Bullseye is a book I recommend clearing your schedule to read, as you won't be able to focus on anything else until you've finished. A beautifully woven and twisted tale by an author that has no shame in stomping on my heart. I need the next book now!

Forever My Saint has irrevocably wrecked me in the best of ways! While it was pure torture to wait for the third book to release (and you MUST read the first two before reading the book OR this any further), I wouldn't change a page, moment or tear shed.

I can't count the number of times I wanted to message the author and ask her WTF she was thinking. On several occasions, I either wanted to throw my Kindle or binge on an entire carton of ice cream to soothe my soul.

Readers will get the answers they've been looking for, and the closure they may not want, but the ride is worth the end. Saint will forever hold a special place in my heart, and I have a new appreciation for Dark Romances AND their authors!

Stripped Down is a beautifully broken romance. The tale of Sammy, the girl that Johnny can never be with, but can't resist.

The 4th book in the Nailed Down series, and it doesn't disappoint! Sammy has her life mapped out in front of her, but falling under Johnny's spell for one night destroys all of it.

A true story of second chances and pursuing your heart, no matter what your head says. Johnny is the bad boy that no parent wants around their daughter, but the more you get to know his character, you fall a little bit for his charm.

I loved the dynamic between Johnny and Sammy. It was beautifully written and the chemistry was the perfect combination of two authors. A must-read that will make you want to revisit the entire series over again.

Nothing can prepare you for Fallen Saint! I didn't think anything could top Bad Saint, but man was I wrong. Monica James brings the intensity to a whole new level, leaving you breathless and wanting more.

Now that Alek is in the picture, all bets are off and the rules have changed. Part of you will want to trust him and believe that he truly cares for Willow, but then you see how he treats others and the doubt fills you again. I found myself falling for him, while waiting for the other shoe to drop...

Saint and Willow must hide their feelings, as it would be used against them and possibly result in their deaths. The one thing that Willow treasures, may be the only thing that can save her life.

Dark, twisted characters that will make you want to lock up your daughter and keep her safe. The hardest part is never knowing who is a friend or foe.

Saint is still the ever-brooding heart breaker, but I wouldn't change a single thing about him. I do love that we get a deeper look into his feelings, but now I just want to read Bad Saint again, to match up certain events.

I'm hoping Willow will have the chance for revenge against her husband in the final book. She's grown in to such a fighter, willing to do anything for those she cares about.

A sweet torture, that is the epitome of dark romance - Fallen Saint will hold you hostage until the final page, and even then your mind will keep thinking of possible outcomes. This trilogy is one of the best in this genre, and one I'll definitely come back to revisit.

Bad Saint by Monica James (All The Pretty Things Trilogy #1)

I literally couldn't put this book down last night, even when my eyes kept watering and I knew I should get some sleep. This dark romance takes you on an epic adventure, with danger around every corner (chapter), and plenty of action both in and out of the sheets.

I never knew I could go from cheering for a character, to crying with them, to wanting to slap the ever-loving shi!t out of them - and that was all within the same chapter, on several occasions. Well-written, Bad Saint will captivate you from the first chapter.

Dark romances aren't my typical read, but I'm SO glad I took a plunge with this one. Holy cow - I'm definitely a new covert to Monica James! Knowing that it's a trilogy when you start, I found myself mildly prepared for how the book ends, but I can't wait until the next one.

There are some scenes that could be triggers for some readers, so be aware as you dive in.
