Batter of Wits is about pursuing what truly makes you happy! Such a wonderful addition to the Donner Bakery series, this will have you laughing and anxiously awaiting more from the author.
The Buchanan curse continues in this story (which you'll know if you read Baking Me Crazy), and this time it happens with the only female in the family.
While Tucker has everything in his life planned out, the last thing he expects is for someone like Grace to come along and shatter what he thought he wanted.
Although the development moves quickly between the characters, I loved the journey! Their chemistry is off the charts and it's worth the read just for the witty banter alone.
Don't miss out on this trip back to Green Valley and a fresh start that brings more than you could ever imagine. I loved this book and read it all in one sitting!

SUMMARY:
Hate at first sight couldn't possibly exist, right?
That's what Grace Buchanan thought, before her useless car stranded her on the side of a deserted road just inside the Green Valley city limits.
When Tucker Haywood -- tall and handsome and full of southern charm -- shows up to help, her reaction to him is the strongest thing she's ever felt in her life, and it makes no freaking sense.
It doesn't make much sense to Tucker either. Not why she hates him, or why he finds her so intriguing. He knows well enough that Grace is moving to Green Valley for a fresh start, not to distract him when he's got no room for something like her in his life.
The complications between them are endless, but that doesn't stop her definitely not love-at-first-sight feelings from changing into something else entirely.
Grace and Tucker are about to learn the hard way that in Green Valley, hating someone has never tasted so sweet.

My favorite set of triplets and the series still has one more to go! This one begins with a rough start, having an injured stranger show up on Tierney's doorstep in the middle of the night. She knows she's not in danger, but will inviting Burr into her cottage, let alone her life, lead to more complications than she can handle?
This story took my breath away, and I couldn't put it down! The author does an amazing job of weaving such detailed backgrounds for the characters, that you can't help but fall in love with them and just go along on their journey. I can't wait for the next book!

Madison Atwood is recently divorced, while her life is splashed on all the tabloids. She escapes to Avalon Springs to find herself and seek peace. What she doesn't expect is to come across Luke Dawson, who lives alone in the woods and prefers his solidarity. Together they're stuck in his cabin during a storm, and what was supposed to only be a fling turns into much more.
They both have their reasons for not wanting to be in a relationship, Luke wants nothing to do with people or civilization, but doesn't want to lose Madison. When the past catches up with them, it turns into a whirlwind, and you're left wondering how it could possibly work out. A great story, with loveable characters. Definitely a wonderful start to the Misadventures series!

A very cute and lighthearted YA novel, with a resemblance to Pride & Prejudice. Camille is the sheltered city-girl who loves fashion, and finds herself traveling to Costa Rica for a once in a lifetime opportunity. Adam is the photographer assigned to the job, and immediately thinks it's going to be a horrible experience with a privileged princess.
This was a great read, perfect for the summertime! The cover is adorable and the writing keeps you enchanted with every page. I received an advanced reader copy of this book, and own the physical copy. I loved the story and highly recommend it to young readers, and those young at heart!
